Don’t be deterred by the pink tinge, this cocktail is not only suitable but desired by males and females. It’s well rounded, full bodied but also keeping a lightness and freshness with the grapefruit and aerated egg.

Grapefruit & OEL Gin Clover Club

Ingredients 

• 2 cl grenadine syrup

• 4 cl OEL gin

• 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 juiced + rest to garnish

• 1/2 lemon juiced

• 1 egg, white only

• Ice

Method

In a cocktail shaker, pour the grenadine syrup, OEL gin, lemon, grapefruit juice and the egg white. Shake well, add the ice and shake again. Pour over ice in tall wide martini style glasses. Garnish with either a slice of grapefruit or lemon twist.
