Exploring Basque Country means always stopping in remote places to take in every part of your surrounding, whipping out the camera to capture the most picturesque moment in front of you and finding yourself lost in the seemingly endless mountain ranges.

Exploring Basque Country means visiting the famous Bilbao that houses the architecturally jaw dropping Guggenheim museum, surfing in the small French towns of Biarritz and Bidart, getting your much needed coffee fix in Saint Jean de Luz and tucking into the traditional Spanish cuisine in San Sebastian.

Exploring San Sebastian means visiting the cobble stoned allay ways of the old town and stopping off at Txalupa for a meal to remember.

With a modern exterior and a chic casual interior offering the traditional Spanish Pintxo as well as a seasonal menu that shares Spanish classics but also unique culinary dishes focusing on natural flavours and local produce.

Each dish brought about new textures, accents on certain elements but most of all, such naturally delicious food that was fresh and local. When travelling, it’s so exciting to dive into different cultures especially through their cuisine. It’s needless to say, this dining experience involved all scenes and left us speechless.
